I have been practicing permaculture on the oregon coast and in Portland Oregon for about 8 years. I started teaching Permaculture about two and a half years ago. Some of my teachers are Marisha Auerbach, Skeeter Pilarski, Geoff Lawton, plus many others.

Permaculture is one of my main passions ~ I teach hands on workshops and co-teach / facilitate Permaculture Design Courses.

I just got back from a Permaculture Teachers Conference at Wild Thyme Farm near Olympia Washington. This Conference was very educational and very exiting! I was very fortunate to be a part of this ground breaking event. Some of the things to come out of this event is that the Cascadia Permaculture Institute is going to be hopefully fully operational in this next year with teachers registration and a community permaculture teachers website with local teachers listed and a calender listing all of the classes/courses in Cascadia. This Institute is very much needed in our region and I look forward to having this resource for the local Permaculture community.

I am currently working torwads getting my Permaculture Design Course teachers registration now that it is something that will be available through CPI (Cascadia Permaculture Institute).
